Today’s the day of the 3rd annual Erdington Village Fete which promises to build on previous years with a fantastic line up of live performances to suit all tastes of music plus children’s rides, street entertainment and much more.

There will be plenty of stalls to visit including Birmingham Rep Theatre, Kingstanding Food Community and John Taylor Hospice. On our Cafe Arts stall you can find out about things happening locally and take part in our owl mask making workshop with Secret City Arts.

The Cube In The Square have a day filled with lots of activity in their shop in Central Square plus a chance to win in the raffle and to buy some of the lovely things made over the last few months that is part of the Owl themed exhibition linked to the Big Hoot project. Full programme here Erdington Festival Central Square Brochure.

At St Barnabas Church you can enjoy the cafe and a prime location for seeing the action on the stage. Make sure you catch Generations Choir who will be performing at the church at 2pm and then again in Central Square at 3pm.

We hope you’ll come along and enjoy some of the day and say hello. Plus post some of your images and comments on our Facebook Page or Twitter.
